By creating an account or using NexusCore you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

NexusCore provides charts, market analysis, trade-planning tools, alerts, a journal, paper trading, optional order placement on your own exchange account, and educational content. Features may change over time.

2. Not financial advice

Everything in NexusCore — including market reads, trade ideas, backtest results, bots and Academy lessons — is information and education, not investment, financial or trading advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You alone decide whether to trade, and you are responsible for your decisions.

3. Risk

Trading cryptocurrency futures with leverage is high-risk. Prices can move quickly, positions can be liquidated, and you can lose all the money you trade with. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Exchange connections

If you connect an exchange API key, orders you place or approve (including through bots you start) are sent to your exchange account in your name. Use keys with trading permission only and withdrawals disabled — we refuse keys that can withdraw. Orders can fail, be delayed or fill at different prices because of the exchange, the network or market conditions. Check your exchange account, which is the record of your positions and balances.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other users' data, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability

We work to keep NexusCore running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Data feeds, alerts and order handling depend on third parties and may be delayed or unavailable.

8. Advertising

NexusCore is free and supported by ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertisers' products or websites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusCore is provided "as is", and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including errors, delays or outages.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using NexusCore and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use NexusCore after a change means you accept it.
