This policy explains what information NexusCore ("we", "us") collects when you use getnexuscore.com and the NexusCore app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, an optional display name, and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
- What you do in the app: paper and exchange trades, journal entries and notes, drawings, alerts, watchlists, bots, settings and Academy progress — stored so the app works across your devices.
- Exchange API keys (optional): if you connect a Binance key, it is stored encrypted and used only to place and manage your orders and read your balance and positions. We refuse keys that can withdraw funds. You can remove your key at any time.
- Telegram (optional): if you link Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID to send you the alerts you choose.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, times and errors) used for security and to keep the service running.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to place orders you ask for on your own exchange account, to send the notifications you turn on, to answer your messages, to prevent abuse, and to improve NexusCore. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The app stores your login session and preferences (such as layout and chart settings) in your browser's local storage. These are needed for the app to work.
Advertising
NexusCore shows ads, including ads served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, through a consent message provided by Google. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy link in that message.
Service providers
We use providers to run the service: hosting, email delivery, Binance (when you connect a key), Telegram (when you link it), Google (advertising) and font delivery. They process data only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or security reasons. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
Security
Passwords are hashed, exchange keys are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access to servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by contacting us. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
NexusCore is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
